I have asked a number of AIs to explain hyperinflation and think they have done a good job. As AIs get better over time if the reader is well into the future from when this post was made they can take the question and feed it to a current AI to probably get an even better answer. If you read all of the answers I have at this time I think you will get a good understanding of hyperinflation.
